Catering Delivery Policies
All items are delivered in disposable pans. Plastic Serving Utensils Included. Staff and Rentals are provided at an additional cost.
Plates, utensils and napkins available upon request for an additional fee.
Some items require additional garnishing/staging. Instructions included.
Delivery starts at $25 and is based upon location.

To secure the date of your event a 50% deposit is due four weeks prior to the event. The remaining balance is due five days prior to the event.
Cancellation of Orders:
If you need to Increase/Decrease or Cancel your order please follow these guidelines:
Orders canceled with an eight day notice will require a fee or the f 30% of the total of the order. Orders cancelled Seven - Five Days will require a fee of 50% charge of the total order. 96 hours or less will be charged the full amount of catered event.
All REFUNDS are at the discretion of The Ultimate Katerer LLC.
PAYMENT
Payment may be made by American Express, Visa, Master Card or Discover. We will accept payment by check with a credit card guarantee.
All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery.
